CJC-1295 is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Human studies of its long-acting form demonstrated sustained increases in growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), supporting research into this hormonal pathway. Increased hormone levels alone do not demonstrate improved strength, recovery or muscle growth. These findings should not be assumed to apply to products marketed as “CJC-1295 without DAC,” which differ from the long-acting compound studied.
